“We met Vicky Fox of New Forest Turf Supplies at the Futurescape exhibition at Sandown Park and explained that we had a problem with our new lawn that had only been laid a year and a half earlier.

New Forest Turf Supplies made a site visit, analysed the issues and provided quotes for three levels of ‘cure’: a basic treatment plus the introduction of a herringbone drainage system; to treat the existing lawn and overseed it which might solve the problem but due to the poor sub-base, could not be guaranteed, and a long term solution based upon taking away part of the sub-soil, install a new drainage system and then replace the base with a good quality organic sandy loam and then either seed or turf the area.

We decided to go for the third option and new turf. The work was carried out within a month of placing the order and the team worked very efficiently over the space of a few days following which we have been supported regarding the ongoing care of the new lawn.

We have been very pleased with the whole project.
